02Are snapshots and continuous recordings the same thing?

No. Selected event evidence and full feed recording are separate scopes. The platform has a recordings area, but recording, playback, clip availability, downloads and retention depend on the configured deployment and plan.
03Can we retain an important event?

Bookmarking supports keeping relevant events within the plan’s bookmark allocation and retention arrangements. Confirm those limits and evidence settings when planning the deployment.
04Does acknowledgement automatically fix the issue?

Acknowledgement records a review action. The responsible people still decide and carry out the operational response using their agreed process.
05Can we search across a larger camera estate?
