Bridge and the connected Block Gemini ecosystemBridgeConnected products

The meeting is one moment. Connect the whole journey.

Before the meeting, your customer already has a story. Afterwards, your team has work to do. Connect Bridge to the systems around it so the conversation has a useful place to go next.

BEYOND A TALKING WINDOW

Talk about it. Show it.
Work through it together.

A participant in the conversation

A voice that listens and responds using the knowledge and instructions you provide.

A visual way to explain

Decks, shared screens and browser demonstrations make the product and the idea tangible.

A connection to what happens next

Keep meeting insight connected to the customer record and the workflow around it.

THREE WAYS FOR AI TO JOIN IN

Choose the role.
Change the meeting.

Not every conversation needs the same kind of AI. Choose a voice, a presenter or a colleague that can work in the shared browser.

01

An AI voice in the room.

Give the assistant a role, knowledge, voice and language. It listens, speaks and answers in the meeting. Enable screen understanding when the conversation needs visual context.

  • Speaks and listens
  • Configured knowledge
  • Screen understanding when enabled

01

Bridge + Cadence. From meeting to customer context.

Cadence is the documented CRM connection in Bridge. Configure the external integration, customer matching and field mapping to carry selected summaries, requirements, objections, sales assessments and next steps into the right customer record.

  • Agree the information that should move between systems.
  • Validate the matching, field mapping and receiving record.
  • A paid Bridge plan is required. Product subscriptions are separate.
02

Echo + Bridge. A richer conversation when it matters.

Echo supports customer voice and chat conversations. Scope a handover into a Bridge meeting when the customer would benefit from seeing a deck, a product demonstration or an explanation on screen. Define the handover link, context and responsible team for your journey.

  • Start from the customer’s question and chosen channel.
  • Carry approved context through a configured handover.
  • Test the combined experience before launch.
03

One useful workflow first. Then extend it.

Connect the products and business systems your workflow actually needs through supported APIs and agreed integration work. Decide which system owns each record, what triggers an action and who handles the result. Additional portfolio connections are scoped projects, not automatic native connectors.

  • Map the trigger, data, permissions and next action.
  • Confirm product plans and third-party access.
  • Verify the destination receives the expected information.

BEFORE YOUR NEXT MEETING

Questions, answered.

Talk to the Bridge team
What makes Bridge different from a video meeting tool?

Bridge puts AI inside the meeting as a participant that can speak and do visual work. Depending on the configured role, it can answer questions, present a PDF deck or operate a shared browser for supported demonstrations and tasks. People can join the same meeting and take over when needed.

Can the AI present our own sales deck?

Yes. AI Presenter works with an uploaded PDF deck. It narrates and advances slides, responds to questions and interruptions, and supports presentation pacing. Prepare the content and agent configuration for the audience you want to serve.

Can it show a real platform rather than just describe it?

A configured Colleague can navigate supported workflows in a shared browser while speaking with participants. The demonstration environment, references, access and tool permissions must be prepared for your use case. You can require approval for actions or take over yourself.

Can it create slides or draw diagrams during a meeting?

These are workflows we can configure with the appropriate workspace and tools: creating slides during the discussion, drawing a diagram or explaining an architecture on screen. Tell us the environment and outcome you need so we can confirm the supported tools and setup.

How does Bridge connect to Cadence and Echo?

Cadence is a documented Bridge external integration for mapping selected meeting and sales context into customer records. It requires a paid plan and configuration. Echo-to-Bridge handovers and additional product workflows are separately scoped. Bridge, Cadence and Echo have separate subscriptions.

How do we get started?

Open Bridge to create or enter your workspace. Start with a meeting and choose the AI role you need. For a customer-facing agent, prepare your knowledge, deck, demo environment and desired handover. Our team can help scope and configure the setup.
