Build the lifecycle around the asset.
Build the issuer and investor software behind asset tokenization, security token offerings and token launchpads. Connect onboarding, eligibility review, subscriptions, allocation, distribution and ownership records in one controlled workflow, shaped around the asset and the operating business.
A shared record. A clear chain of responsibility.

A business record and identified issuer → An authorized signed assertion
Coordinate participants
Agree the participant permissions, validation rules and correction process before selecting the network design.
Signed record + network rules → A consistent shared event history
Connect the workflow
Connect records to enterprise systems and make the audit trail inspectable. A ledger records a claim; it does not independently prove the physical event.
Recorded event + integration scope → Traceable system updates

An offering specification and investor onboarding journey
Map asset rights, offering stages, participant roles and required disclosures with the responsible business and advisers. Specify registration, document review, eligibility checks and wallet allowlisting before accepting a subscription.
Reviewed against agreed requirementsPractical artifacts. A shared definition of done.
The exact scope follows discovery. These are the building blocks we discuss, specify and review together.
- Offering stages, participant roles and token lifecycle specification
- Investor registration, document review and eligibility-provider integration
- Wallet allowlists and permissioned transfer rules
- Subscription, payment-status and allocation records
- Token distribution, vesting and participant dashboards
- Issuer administration, reconciliation and ownership-history reports
Architecture with your operation in mind.
Investor portal → identity and eligibility review → subscription and payment records → allocation approval → token distribution → ownership registry and reporting. Issuer administration connects the stages; contract and off-chain records are reconciled rather than assumed identical.
Designed around real constraints.
- Tokenization software does not establish legal ownership, investment suitability, liquidity or regulatory approval.
- The operating business and qualified advisers define offering permissions, investor protections and issuer obligations. Identity or eligibility integrations do not replace those responsibilities.
A product where it fits. A custom build where it matters.
Start with the asset, participant rights and issuer responsibilities. The launchpad, token contracts and investor dashboard should follow that operating design.

Good questions. Clear answers.
Can you build an STO launchpad?
Yes, as a scoped software project: issuer administration, investor onboarding, eligibility integration, subscription records, allocation, distribution and reporting. The client establishes the offering structure, permissions and operating responsibilities before launch.
Can subscriptions use fiat and cryptocurrency?
We can assess payment-provider and wallet integrations for the chosen model. Supported currencies, settlement, refunds and reconciliation depend on provider access and the operating requirements; the website itself does not collect investments.
How are eligibility and transfer restrictions handled?
The specification defines review states, approved providers, wallet allowlists and contract permissions. Changes, expiry and exceptional transfers need an explicit authority and audit model, with legal requirements supplied by the responsible advisers.
Can an existing investor portal be extended?
Yes. We assess the existing identity, payment, registry and contract interfaces, then define which stages can be connected or extended and how historical records will be reconciled.
